Version 4#

Changes to Version 3#

  • Added data set /AbsorptionCT/OriginalVolumeBounds to locate the cropped absorption volume.

  • Added Acquisition Parameters to the /LabDCT and /AbsorptionCT group.

  • Added optional /LabDCT/Name to the The /LabDCT Group containing the name of the exported reconstruction.

  • The Color Coding may now either be stored as float with values [0.0,1.0] or uint8 with values [0,255].

  • Added IPFColorbar group to the The /PhaseInfo Group.

Groups and Data Sets#

Entries marked with * are optional if selected during export.

File Organization#

The GrainMapper3D Result File contains version information and is organized into the following groups:

The /PhaseInfo Group#

Phase Information is stored in the /PhaseInfo group and is linked with to the /LabDCT/Data/PhaseId data set. The number encoded in the group name, e.g. /PhaseInfo/Phase01 refers to all voxels with PhaseId==1.

Phase Information, XX refers to the PhaseId (e.g., 01, 02 etc.)#

IPFColorbar#

To be able to interprete the RGB Color Coding the result file may contain the color key within the /PhaseInfo/PhaseXX group.

The full data set name expands to, e.g., /PhaseInfo/Phase01/IPFColorbar/RGB.

Optional IPF color key within the /PhaseInfo/PhaseXX group#

Acquisition Parameters#

The acquisition meta data may sit directly int the /LabDCT or /AbsorptionCT group and contains basic information.

The full data set name expands to, e.g., /LabDCT/Filter.
