Changes to Version 1

• Renamed Extend was renamed to Extent, i.e., data sets are now called /AbsorptionCT/Extent and /LabDCT/Extent respectively.

• Added data set /AbsorptionCT/CenterShift.

• Added data set VirtualShift, i.e., /AbsorptionCT/VirtualShift and /LabDCT/VirtualShift respectively, to be able to restore original motor positions.

The /PhaseInfo Group

Phase Information is stored in the /PhaseInfo group and is linked with to the /LabDCT/Data/PhaseId data set. The number encoded in the group name, e.g. /PhaseInfo/Phase01 refers to all voxels with PhaseId==1.

Phase Information, XX refers to the PhaseId (e.g., 01, 02 etc.)
